This informative workshop by cycling advocate and lawyer, David Shellnutt, will cover what to do if you are involved in a crash.
David will highlight how the rules and law may (or may not) apply equally across race, class, or gender.
Using examples from his life and legal practice he will explain how to navigate interactions with the police, insurance companies, and health care providers.
