Marvin Macaraig the Hub Coordinator for Scarborough Cycles will be presenting at the 2017 Cycle Toronto Advocacy Forum taking place on Sunday November 19, 2017, from 9am-5pm at Metro Hall, 55 John St.
Marvin’s talk titled, Building Bike Culture Beyond Downtown: Opportunities and challenges, will provide a brief history of Scarborough Cycles and further highlight a some lessons learned from its development.
